It is a tool for altering meta data Dcase 2016 dataset This tools alters the meta data of the DCASE2016 task1 system
There are 2 diffrent tools
The first tool allows to alter the no of classes required
The secound tool allows to merge all the tuples in one fold
USAGE
python labels.py --meta_dev beach,car,bus
python combine_data.py --combine --all
