In jekyll plugin wiki page, there is one for handle Markdown references. But it doesn't work both my local or on GitHub. And I did some fix then the new one run perfectly in my local rendering. But when I push my repo to GitHub, It doesn't work, again.

I've checked my jekyll version which is 0.11.0, the same as GitHub's now version. I don't know why this happens. My repo here: mytharcher.github.com

If anyone use the plugin and met this problem?

AFAIK you can't use any plugin on github pages.

Thanks! I've found that issue #325. What a pity we cannot use plugins on GitHub!
