  • Switch the global allocator to jemalloc.
    • NOTE: This will not compile on Windows MSVC target.
  • Add metrics exporter for statsd, which reports memory usage.
    • The resident and allocated memory amounts from jemalloc.
  • Add a create feature metrics.

When metrics feature is enabled:

  • Memory metrics will be exported to a statsd server.
  • Stop preloading the input (cache trace) data.
