Thermally variable, macrotidal reef habitats promote rapid recovery from mass coral bleaching

This project contains a list of batch scripts used to analyze shallow shotgun sequencing data from colonies of Acropora aspera from the macrotidal environment at Shell Island in the Kimberley region of northwest Australia. Scripts are written to run on HPC Pawsey with SLURM scheduler
