As navigator user I want to quickly create/edit tables and folders

The Navigator app can be used to view the organizational structure of the data, but not actually make any changes to it. Therefore, this app should offer additional functionality that allows users to group datasets into folders, as well as modify and remove datasets and folders.

A story for this work has been previously defined at http://www.molgenis.org/ticket/5147.

The demo criteria are:

• I can create a new folder
• I can edit properties of an existing folder
• I can delete a folder
• I can create table
• I can edit table
• I can delete table
• I can easily move table or folder to another folder

Acceptance criteria:

• The package editor is separate app, analogous to metadata editor
• When create/edit table I will go to metadata editor
• When done editing I return to navigator in the state I left it
• Will not see the entityType select box
• Navigator and metadata editor are completely independent apps
• Also works on ipad/touch devices
