Different timezone timing not being set in OutLook calendar #6056

Describe the bug
We are facing issue with different time zones while opening in OutLook Calendar. It is working fine in Google Calendar

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Change system timezone to America/Los_Angeles https://prnt.sc/rRcQOb5xsi_J
Go to https://www.quinnemanuel.com/rsvp/test-event/
Enter all information on right side section like Firstname, Lastname, Company
Click on RSVP. Page will be reloaded again.
You will find that Add To My Calendar button is enabled
Click on "Add To My Calendar" and choose Outlook
Outlook calendar will get opened.

Expected behavior
Whatever time is set here https://prnt.sc/Z4SBTBCeLl8W should be set automatically in outlook.
