Duplication of nodes records in Koza transformation output

The nodes definitions are duplicated in the KGX output files from a Koza transform operation. This may not be a show stopper (since later merging of data can perhaps eliminate duplication) but the phenomenon is noted here, in case there is a sensible way to fix it (e.g. internally in the Koza write operation or downstream in KGX?)

If you decide that this is something that can be fixed within KGX itself, do post it to the KGX repository as an issue, and bring it to Sierra Moxon's attention for resolution (she could, if she wishes, assign this to me within Translator SRI)
