Use dep to manage dependencies (WIP)

Glide configuration files have been removed and replaced with dep configurations file. Dep config files
have been generated with 'dep init' and then manually changed on cases where dep was not resolving
versions correctly. There is still the issue with the Sirupsen/sirupsen repo, so it is recommended
to use `make vendor` to run `dep ensure`.
