@extend with compound selectors is no longer supported by libsass, which breaks linked buttons. See https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/2237

Also added styling for libhandy >= 0.80.0, which fixes apps like GNOME Clocks and Screenshot.
