As a qoodle user I want to add a maximum reach goal for a qoodle column so that a qoodle participant understands that the goal has been reached.

Acceptance Criteria

a qoodle user wants to use qoodle for a fundraising campaign
the user creates a description with the campaign and the perks
the user adds a column named funds of type $
the user adds the column limit to 5000
the user saves and shares the campaign link
the first participant adds 200$
the column is still red
the second participant adds 4800$
the column's color is green
