Describe process for building on Windows using current version of MSYS2.

Great. I also noticed that the current insturctions caused problems when I tested on windows. The instructions on msys2.github.io were also problematic. Btw, maybe squash your 3 commits into 1 commit? |

I'm not sure how to squash. Do I need to rebase locally, or is there some way to just do it on the website? |
