Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Insert Amount 10
2. =
3. Edit Amount + 5
4. =

Expected behavior
amount = 15

will fix all amount number issues

after rethinking, i think the fix is to translate the numpad

2=٢
3=٣
4=٤
5=٥
6=٦
7=٧
8=٨
9=٩
0=٠
