Seems we lost general information for several selected transactions

I don't understand what the issue is? What do you mean by 'general information' ?

At the bottom of the checking panel there is info regarding selected transaction not tips.

Currently wxWidgets/wxWidgets#4541 is blocking this issue. Have asked for advice from WxWidgets team for any simple workarounds. In the meantime I'm putting this on hold this as crafting a workaround ourselves is probably counter-productive and the 'feature' usefulness is probably limited.

@vomikan - Not sure if this was meant to resolve the issue or not? If you select multiple discrete transactions it will work, but if you select a range (using shift) it will not work - think we still need the wxWidgets library fixing to resolve this.

I've tested it using Ctrl and Shift pressed buttons. May be it's MAC specific issue?

Hmm, maybe it is. In which case I'll amend to switch out the transaction info on mac builds, and we can now mark this issue as Mac only.
