fix: INTMDB-1052: Update the release flow to remove the acceptance steps

Description

Ticket: INTMDB-1052

This PR updates the release workflow to remove the acceptance tests part added in
#1380 as we do not want to block the release when cloud-dev is broken.

Next Steps:

• Create a ticket to update the release process to include a step to run the acceptance steps in cloud-qa (INTMDB-1053)
• Make sure that the acceptance tests step can be skipped if needed
