Describe the bug
The event headings on the dashboard are incorrect at the start of a new month.

Which version are you using:
self-hosted 2.4.2

Additional context
This must be coming from the headings generating based on UTC but the events generated based on local time. As I'm in GMT+10 later in that day the headings corrected.
