This patch adds an option -s, --seconds to display perfdata in seconds rather than milliseconds. It is very useful for systems which scale the perfdata, i.e. Centreon.

To clarify: Centreon will attempt to scale the ms values, resulting in strange units like "mms" (1/1000 of a millisecond).

I think those systems should be fixed to cope with other UOMs. If you think otherwise, please reopen the issue.
