Question: Open to new feature PR's?

Hi,

I just want to check whether you'd be open to a PR for a new feature. I'd like to implement PR Description Templates (populates the description field when a PR is created). It seems this would fit well into PR Harmony.

What are your thoughts?

Sure, new PRs are always welcome but I'd ask that you open an issue first so that it can be determined if the feature makes sense for the plugin. In theory you can add anything to it but in practice there are going to be some features that don't make sense to support.

Cool, so what do you think about a 'PR Description Template'?

I'd like to be able to set up a template of text that is automatically added to every PR created for that project or repo.
