PSArcTool-ConflictChecker

This is a very slightly modified (literally changed a single boolean value from false to true) to do drag-and-drop mod conflict checking.
Note that because of this change, it will not function correctly as a mod packager/unpackager.
Simply drag a folder (eg. your entire MODS folder) onto the exe and it will provide the simplified conflict checking results (for the advanced ones you will need to use the command line argument -listall on this or the normal exe.

PSarcTool-standard

Standard release with the added -list and -listall arguments which can be used when calling from a command line.
eg: PSArcTool.exe MODS -list
