vbc.exe not found #66

Hey,
I'm trying to run a msbuild command, but I always get this error:

Target CoreCompile:
  
   /usr/lib/mono/msbuild/15.0/bin/Roslyn/Microsoft.VisualBasic.Core.targets(73,5): error MSB3082: Task failed because "vbc.exe" was not found. [/adp.payroll.web/Expert.Models/Expert.Models_git.vbproj

I've even copied a "vbc.exe" file to /usr/lib/mono/4.5, but still got the same error.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

We don't ship the VB compiler from roslyn yet in a stable release, it is coming in Mono 5.10.
