Issues with jekyll serve on case-insensitive file systems #54

When you use jekyll serve on case-insensitive file systems some of the redirects act up, e.g. on the download page which has redirect_from: /Download/. This results in a redirect loop as the redirect points to itself.

and Mac OSX as HFS+ is case-insensitive by default.

I raised some issues with Jekyll (jekyll/jekyll-redirect-from#51, jekyll/jekyll#3035), but there may not be something we can do about here.

There's not really anything we can do right now, I added a note to the readme: 1b80e03
