Doctrine 3 conflict

• Temporary add "doctrine/dbal": "^3" while Add conflict with doctrine/dbal ^3 to avoid missing json_array doctrine type error Sylius/Sylius#13215 is not released.
• I modified the Recipe Github action in order to install all dependencies after require our plugin. This will load our defined conflict, and Sylius will be installed with doctrine/dbal 2.x instead of 3.x

Use Makefile to generate test application

• Add application target wich will initialize a test application from sylius-standard
• Add dist folder with some file to copy in our test application
• Ignore totally tests/Application folder in git
• Ignore totally tests/Application folder in PHPCS
• Use custom folder for PHPUnit tests, in order to avoid all unit tests in tests/Application/vendor !
