More fixes and some new features

  • Fix Custom Ammo not retaining their Traits Added property
  • Fix the Phenomena contextual table link in chat not using the registered Phenomena table
  • Players can now drag modifications onto weapon sheets
  • Dropdown descriptions for Items are now properly enriched
  • You can now apply Origins, Factions, and Duties to an Actor when adding them. Note that this is merely an aid to character creation, the system does not go through all steps in the creation process at this moment.
  • Add missing localization strings
