Maintenance release to optimise some rendering engine features

  • Improved rendering performance by caching incremental note files and making fewer calls to the OS
  • Fixed rendering issues on non-Japanese Windows when voice paths / filenames have Japanese characters
  • Now gets voice character data from the parent folder and folder name(s) if missing from the voice folder

Note: This release has only be tested on Windows 10
