Describe the bug
Playing on a Hisense U8G TV that uses Android 9. The TV is 4k 120hz capable.
-When I stream to the TV in 4k 120fps with a 150mbps bitrate, it looks and runs great as long as the fps of the game is close to 120. When it starts dipping down near 60 fps though, it does not look anything like 60 fps, but more like 30 fps (no issues with input lag)
-If I set moonlight to 4k 60fps at 80mbps, games at 60 fps look smooth as they should, but now there is a solid 1 second of input lag
-If I set 4k 60fps at 150mbps, I get errors that my network doesn't have enough bandwidth and it starts stuttering, but that doesn't make sense because 120fps 150mbps works just fine.
-I also have an Nvidia Shield TV Pro 2019 (running Android 9) plugged into the same ethernet controller my TV is plugged into, and moonlight in 4k 60fps 150mbps works just fine on that, no input lag or "network bandwidth" issues.
Ideally, I'd like to run 4k 120fps and not have it look like a slideshow if the game gets down near 60 fps. If that's not possible for some reason, I'd be fine with 4k 60fps 150mbps, but as stated that has the issues of major input lag and "network bandwidth limits".
FYI, I tried setting "never drops frames" ON and OFF, didn't make a difference.
Tried running the troubleshooting instructions on Github but they didn't help.
