This release removes the need for witnesses to publish price feeds. Settlement price will be based on the highest bid in the order book.

This release also disables the manual settlement of smart assets. If you want to repay your loan to close it, you have to have the asset in your account.

So to release back to you your collateral, you will need to buy back what you earlier borrowed.
