It looks like the top line is thicker than the bottom line in libreoffice but when Christoph exports to pdf from libreoffice the lines seem to be the same thickness in the PDF, but Jason exported from Libreoffice and the lines look like the top is thicker in the PDF. We currently have the line thicker at the top in the latex.
