proposal: deprecate company / customer Watches

The way watches are implemented currently in Watchman have some major problems and don't appear to fit within Watchman anymore. I would like to remove support for Watches from Watchman. They could be replaced by a separate service on the moov-io organization.

This issue is open to collect thoughts and support/disagreement for removing Watches.

Is this still on the roadmap? Should we prefer search/query over using the watch feature?

Yep. Search/query is the preferred route for Watchman.
