It works, but it doesn't convert images or audio to any formats.

works fine for me. please be more specific, what archives you're opening, what files you're trying to convert.

Images, music, and voices. bgimage.xp3, voice.xp3, and various "patch_append" files.

There's a lot of "psb" image files which aren't converting. It's giving me the "invalid file format" error. The oggs work fine, though, just some are less than a second long and I don't hear any sound.

psb files are complex data structures used by emote engine to visualize multi-layered sprites. you can access textures contained within them by "entering" into them by pressing [Enter]. to make some use of it you'll need some other tools that specifically designed to work with this format.

as for ogg files, i still don't see any problems at my end. could you please specify exact files you're experiencing problems with?

PSB files in krkrZ almost all is script files, if you want to edit them, you need other tool not GARbro

So then where are the actual images? All I'm finding are a couple JPGs...

like i said, they're entrenched into PSB files as a set of textures and data that describes how those textures should be combined to form an image. what @anhhuyninja1234 said is not entirely correct, almost all PSB files in Maitetsu are images, not scripts. the only thing GARbro could do with them is access textures, but it can't assemble them into meaningful images, you'll need other tool for that.
