Holding the DOWN or UP buttons should scroll the book / adventure sheet line by line. Currently user has to click and click again. Same goes for LEFT and RIGHT for PgDown / PgUp.

Issue #3 improve navigation speed

Keeping navigation keys pressed (U/D/L/R) now scrolls the book
continuously, fast for UP/DOWN, a little slower for RIGHT/LEFT
(PG-UP/PG-DOWN)
