インストール手順に ThemeStaticFileExtensions に svg を追加する旨を追記する。

テーマの前提条件として、ThemeStaticFileExtensions で svg が許可されている必要があります。 mt-config.cgi にすでに設定が存在する場合は、svg を追加します。mt-config.cgi に ThemeStaticFileExtensions の設定が存在しない場合は、以下の内容を追記します。

ThemeStaticFileExtensions jpg jpeg gif png js css ico flv swf html otf ttf svg
