Now we have the release repo https://github.com/ros2-gbp/moveit_task_constructor-release, last sync before cutting a release

Hi @JafarAbdi,
I'm still struggling with some build errors on the build farm for the ROS1 release. I think, these should be fixed before cutting a release for ROS2...

No, currently we are stuck because of a regression introduced by pybind11_catkin causing ros-noetic-moveit-core not to be available anymore: https://build.ros.org/job/Ndev__moveit_task_constructor__ubuntu_focal_amd64/4.
