Explicit transactions

• Adds a new --mode flag to allow for explicit READ/WRITE transactions with custom queries
• Updates certain dependencies
• Improves error reporting & output format

Neo4j 4.0 and Multi-database

Made it possible to direct writes to a particular database with Neo4j 4.0 multi-database. Use the -d or --database argument, and see documentation

Docker improvements

Made it easier to pass args to the docker container, and added docker builds to the CI config.
