It turns out that releng didn't create the v1-train branches as requested https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=834098#c10 |

the branches needed were created. I've updated the commit to freeze the revisions for git.m.o/b2g as well as the upstream repos. |
