Bug 1742458 - cf_crash_signature doesn't always exist in some bugs

This a quick quick fix is to just add "Firefox Build System" to the list of allowed products which will fix the issue of it not displaying in the REST API JSON data. As part of a long term solution, I will fix the inconsistencies across the API and UI.
