As a user, I want to be sure that my data is backed up and synchronized with my other devices by telling the extension to perform a sync.

A button, menu item, or similar mechanism is presented to the user, and interacting with it triggers a sync operation. The button/menu/et al should provide feedback that a sync is in progress.
