Feature component: find in page #1079

Like feature-downloads.

We want a Feature that always follows the selected session (SelectionAwareSessionObserver) and shows a small "find in page" UI based on the data Session.findResults. The app would have an option to show/hide that UI and additionally may have the option to customize how it looks and where it appears.
