[Bug]Run in Private browsing toggle state lost after force closing Fenix

Steps to reproduce

1. Install any Add-on
2. From the confirmation prompt check "Allow in private browsing" and dismiss the prompt (tap "okay, Got it")
3. Force close Fenix
4. Resume and check the Run in Private browsing toggle state
5. Enable Run in Private browsing
6. Force close Fenix
7. Resume and check the Run in Private browsing toggle state

Expected behavior

Step 4: Run in Private browsing should be enabled
Step 6: Shouldn't be possible

Actual behavior

Step 4: Run in Private browsing remains disabled
Step 8 : Run in Private browsing remains disabled

Device information

• Android device: OnePlus A3 (Android 6.0.1)
• Fenix version: Fenix 78.0.1-beta.1 from 6/27
