Why/User Benefit/User Problem

We now want Fenix Nightly to use GV 68 Nightly, not GV 67 Beta. Fenix is still using a very old version of GV 67 Nightly from 2019-03-18 (build 67.0-20190318154932).

What / Requirements

Switch Fenix Nightly to a more recent version of the engine-gecko-nightly component using GV 68 Nightly.

GV 68 Nightly has ARM64 and x86_64 builds, so there are no blockers for publishing ARM64 (#444) and x86_64 (#445) builds of Fenix.

Acceptance Criteria (how do I know when I’m done?)

Fenix Nightly's "About Fenix" page has a GV version > 68.0-20190402000000.
