[Bug] Fennec migration: "Looking for your logins?" message card is displayed after entering primary password and returning to home screen

Preconditions

On Fennec create a Primary(Master) password.
Save some logins on Fennec with the primary password enabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Migrate Fennec to Fenix;
2. Go to home screen and tap the "Enter master password" button from "Looking for your logins?" messaging card;
3. Type your primary password and tap "Continue and transfer";
4. Tap "View saved longins" from the Transfer successful pop up;
5. Go back to home screen;

Expected behavior

"Looking for your logins?" message card is dismissed.

Actual behavior

"Looking for your logins?" message card is still displayed and the primary password can be added multiple times.

Device information

• Android device: Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (Android 8), Nexus 5 (Android 5);
• Fenix version: Beta 81.1.0-beta.2 (Build #2015761657), GV 81.0, from 9/2.

Verified as fixed on Beta 81.1.1-beta.3 (Build #2015763233) GV 81.0 from 9/11 with Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (Android 8).
I will close this issue and remove the qa:needed label.
