auto-google-login: true -> auto-google-login: false

For each test using Google Autologin, the device will try to authenticate for a Google account, and there is a QPS limit on their backend. I don't think we use this anywhere and by disabling this it might shave off some minor test time.

Automatically log into the test device using a preconfigured Google account before beginning the test.
