Sync history removal with recently closed tabs

We added a new remove history time range dialog. Previously, there was only an option to remove everything, that would also clear recently closed tabs. We decided that removing time range would also clear all of the closed tabs as well (in case a user is trying to get rid of something), but may be removing items in the set time range would be better. Also, removing a single item from the history doesn't remove that site from recently closed tabs. May be they should be linked as well?
