Steps to reproduce

Fenix is opened in the background.

  1. Open talky.io from Gmail in a custom tab.
  2. Join a chat room with cam & mic.
  3. Kill the custom tab app while video streaming is running (not just close the custom tab).
  4. Kill the browser.

Expected behavior

Camera & mic streams are off.

Actual behavior

Streaming from the custom tab still continues until you close the main browser activity.
On the Nexus 5 & Pixel 3: After you close all the browser instances, the "Camera/Microphone is on" notification is still displayed until you clear app data.
On Nokia 6: "Camera/Microphone is on" notification is displayed only until you kill the browser.

Device information

  • Android device: Nexus 5 (Android 6.0.1), Nokia 6 (Android 7.1.1), Pixel 3 (android 9)
  • Fenix version: Rc 1.1.0
