Download notification/snackbar is missing from the app

Steps to reproduce

1.Open RB and go to https://rpappalax.github.io/testapp
2. Tap on the "Download this icon" link.
3. Tap on the "Download" button.
4. Wait for the download to finish.

Expected behavior

• A snack-bar at the bottom of the app is displayed, the user can open the file without going at device notification level.

Actual behavior

• The user can open only from notification the downloaded image.

Device information

• Android device: Samsung Galaxy S9 (Android 8)
