There will be no engagement regression vs. remote summary services (ie. embedly and metadata service)

We have retired embedly.com, which is the first step in this, and are currently running an experiment to prove local parsing is >= server based processing

Probably just a couple more weeks of work to be done to fix remaining bugs.
