Unable to delete default Top Sites #626

Found in 1.0.14 (locally).

Steps to reproduce:

Go to github.com and google.com (or whatever sites).
Go to New Tab page and delete the sites added in step 1.
Delete some of the default top sites (Facebook, Yahoo!, eBay).

Actual results:

I can't seem to delete the default top sites.
Maybe that's on purpose so we don't see blank tiles and this is just an edge case for blank profiles.

Expected results:

eBay be gone!
