Problem:
When I try to login server responds with JSON: {detail : "Internal Server Error"}

Details:
I am developer an addon for Thunderbird. Users are asking me to update it to be compatible with current TB version. Till today my primary email box for Firefox account was email1. Today I have added second email:email2 and made it primary. After that I have logged out. Now I cannot login with email2

Hi,

You're not the first one to have this issue, sorry about that :/ Somehow the notification from Firefox Accounts that the email associated to your account has changed has not been processed or was missed, so as far as AMO is concerned you now have 2 accounts... and that's what's causing the error - AMO can't decide which one to use. You need to email amo-admins@mozilla.org to sort this out.

That being said, to update your Thunderbird add-on, you need to head over addons.thunderbird.net, which has its own separate repository now, https://github.com/thundernest/addons-server ; so if the problem you're describing is happening over there and not on addons.mozilla.org, you need to raise an issue over https://github.com/thundernest/addons-server/issues/new
