At the moment when people download Firefox from our site we rely on having the download page available in their language to get them the right copy of Firefox. But Firefox is available in a lot of languages and our website isn't so how can we get people to Firefox in their language?

If someone is reading the Firefox download page in English because it is not translated in their language, could we suggest a localized build as an alternate download option, in addition to English?
If someone is in a geographic location such as Wales, could we use geo-location to suggest the Welsh version as an download option, in addition to the build offered by the page's language?
