Create Generic CoSS Component UI Library

• Set up new Sketch file with the combined component designs from latest OSSN Phase 1 and previous CoSS Clubs proof of concept.
• Create new instance on G-Drive & host resulting UI artifacts
• Create new Zeplin instance as UI source of truth
• Make colors across components generic (black, white, grey)
• Organize and streamline text styles
• Organize icons and make available as SVGs

CoSS component library is now being populated and generalized based on this initial proof of concept prototype. P&E engineers are creating a component inventory that will dictate naming and features for each component.

I will continue to provide UX/UI guidance throughout the process, though this UI library issue is no longer relevant (as it will live in code). Closing issue.
