In order to use profile images we need an RP that's configured to accept BrowserID assertions for access tokens.

Current situation on /settings/avatar on latest:

We should make sure that these client IDs are provisioned for dev/stage/production and open a PR in the OPs repo to configure it correctly for stage/production.

There's a bug for stage/prod already so we can close this when latest is configured.
