merged "Netherlands" & "The Netherlands"

While going through the page I saw that the Netherlands are listed twice, with/without The as a prefix. This merges them into Netherlands. 😄

That's what I somehow assumed, thanks for fixing it. Also: the site in Grenoble doesn't show up on the map itself at all last time i checked!
